Donations to the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Phoenix Children’s Hospital allow us to continue to provide vital support to programs including:
- State-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and lab services
- Psychological and social support services for patients and their families
- Monthly events for cancer patients (ranging from picnics to hayrides) provide fun for these patients and their families, as well as the opportunity to meet other families who have a child with cancer
- Teen retreats
- “Camp Rainbow,” a summer camp for children who either have cancer or have been treated for cancer
- School re-entry programs
- College scholarships
- Family Financial Hardship Assistance (which helps families encumbered by expensive treatments to make crucial rent and utility payments)
