As the largest major annual fundraiser for the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Phoenix Children's Hospital, the Holiday Art Project raises urgently-needed funds by converting the original artwork of our young cancer patients into holiday cards and other merchandise which we then make available to the public.
100% of the proceeds of the Holiday Art Project benefit the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders.
The Holiday Art Project helps to provide significant financial assistance for ongoing medical and family support, including: • State-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and lab services • Psychological and social support services for patients and their families • Monthly events for cancer patients and their families • Teen Retreats • Camp Rainbow • School re-entry programs for children whose illness has translated into excessive out-of-class time • College scholarships to help long-term survivors of childhood cancer fulfill their academic dreams • Family Financial Hardship Assistance which helps families encumbered by expensive treatments to make crucial rent and utility payments
When you support the Holiday Art Project, you support the children at the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders and their families, who struggle against the turmoil of a long-term disease that absorbs so much of their energy, time, and money. For many, the economic costs of treating cancer are as formidable as the diagnosis itself.
